The menus, the buttons, the notifications and all six forms are being translated, so crews can work in the language they use on site, on the phone and in the web portal. This website is already in all three.
This is what a supervisor completes before the crew goes over the edge. Scroll through it, or use the step buttons. This is the FLHA, the one filled in on site; the JHA is the version written ahead of the job.
Open a JHA/FLHA and the job details come first: address, client, date, the supervisor running the job. The person completing it confirms they are trained and competent to do so.
Work through the hazards that are actually on site today. The list is the one your crews already recognize, and you can add your own and reuse them across the company.
RopeDocs suggests controls for the hazards you ticked. The supervisor reads them, edits what doesn’t fit the site, and adds what’s missing. Nothing is filed until a person has looked at it.
Add the workers on site, capture a signature from each one, then the supervisor authorizes the form. The crew doesn’t need their own logins.
The finished form becomes a PDF with your logo on it. Download it or email it to the client from the job, and pull it up later when someone asks for the record.
